Massage

Full Body
You can ask for either a full-body massage (for general relaxation) or a customized session focusing on specific parts of your body. And remember, your comfort matters. Feel free to talk with your therapist as much, or as little, as you wish.
It’s important to relax your mind and muscles during your massage. Breathe normally and try not to tighten or contract your muscles. Maintain open lines of communication with your therapist if you’d like to provide feedback on their pressure or technique.

Cupping
Cupping is an alternative therapy that involves suctioning the skin with glass, plastic, or silicone cups. It may help improve blood flow, boost immune function, remove toxins, and reduce pain.
Cupping is a type of alternative therapy that involves placing cups on the skin to create suction. This suction is thought to improve the flow of energy in the body and facilitate healing.
Cupping increases blood circulation to the area where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.
You can select a full-body massage for overall relaxation or a customized session that focuses on specific areas of tension, such as your back, shoulders, or legs.
That’s completely up to you. Some clients prefer to chat, while others enjoy quiet relaxation. Your therapist will follow your lead, and you can provide feedback on pressure or technique at any time.
Simply wear comfortable clothing, arrive a few minutes early to relax, and remember to breathe normally during your session. Try not to contract your muscles—relaxation is key to getting the most benefit.
Cupping creates a gentle suction on the skin. Clients often describe it as a pulling or pressure sensation rather than pain. Some temporary circular marks may appear, but they are painless and fade within a few days.
Cupping may help reduce muscle tension, improve circulation, promote cell repair, and support overall healing. It’s also believed to boost immune function and help the body release toxins.
Cupping is generally safe but may not be suitable for people with certain skin conditions, bleeding disorders, or who are pregnant. A consultation with your therapist will ensure it’s the right option for you.
