What is Poor Skin Texture?

Uneven/poor skin texture occurs from the localized build-up of dead skin cells. This can lead to an uneven, rough, wrinkled and bumpy/scaly feeling skin. One of the most common complaints of facial skin is poor skin texture and a dull appearing complexion. This happens during normal aging and can also be caused from sun exposure, hormonal influences, and smoking.
